How can I book a flat ?

Please check our website and fill reservation form on the bottom of the property or just simply fill contact form. We will contact with you in maximum 12 hours to confirm the availability. Than you need to transfer a security deposit of 100 Euro to our bank account. We will confirm your reservation after we receive the money or receipt of transfer.

Than we will send you to a confirmation document to finalize your reservation.

The Security Deposit will be refunded to the tenant after the flat's inspection on check-out

How can I check in the flat ?

Office Hours

If you are coming between 09:00 to 18:00 you should come to Point office to check in your flat.

Airport Transfer Service

Airport transfer fee is 35 Euro from Ataturk Airport and 65 Euro from Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

How can I pay my rent ?

You can pay your rent with bank transfer. And you can pay it by coming to our office. You can pay in Euro or Turkish Lira. We do not accept payments with credit cards.

What does rent price includes ?

Rent price includes; weekly cleaning, free wireless Internet, satellite TV, laundry/washing machine for all stays.

If you are staying more than 30 days, we are charging electricity , water and gas according to consumption.

Our prices less than one month is all inclusive and covers electricity , water and gas consumption.

When will you return my deposit ?

The deposit will be handed in after the flat has been checked and the keys have been returned. As for our guests that stay as a group in the flat, the above will be completed only after the last guest leaves the flat

Is bed linen available in the apartment?

Yes, there is bed linen for every guest in the apartments, which is changed by the cleaning staff.

Is broadband Internet service provided ?

Yes, broadband is available in all apartments and is included in the rate.

Is it possible to make group bookings ?

Yes it is possible to make group bookings. Please contact our reservation manager direct on mail or
call +90 212 361 3310 to discuss your needs with a member of the team.

How to get to the Homepoint office from the airport ?

From the airport, take the Havas bus to Taksim square. These buses leave frequently all day from both Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen Airports. Once you are in Taksim Square, either take a taxi and ask that they drive you down the Tarlbasi Boulevard where the Euro Plaza Hotel is also located, or you walk 15 minutes on Istiklal to Galatasaray Square, there you turn right into Omer Hayyam street, walk down through the street, pass through the bridge under Tarlabashi Bulvari, and then turn left into Kilic Aslan, HOMEPOINT office is the fourth house from the corner. HOMEPOINT office is on the other side of Tarlabasi boulevard, right across the back of British Embassy in Galatasaray. There is a a white sign that reads "HOMEPOINT - ERASMUS CENTER".

Print out the location plan and show it to the taxi driver. Nobody finds this address by naming the street, since Istanbul is too big for anyone to know all streets by name.
